摘    要:目的关注医务人员幸福感水平,为提高医务人员积极情感和工作效率,保证医疗服务质量和队伍稳定性提供参考。方法便利选取汉川市9所乡镇卫生院和市内3所二甲卫生院,应用问卷调查法对332名医务人员进行工作幸福感调查。结果医务人员幸福感9因子由高到低排序依次为:负性情感、健康关注、友好关系、自我价值、利他行为、生命活力、人格成长、正性情感、生活满意。结论为提高医务人员幸福感,建议从医务人员的待遇、排班安排、自身素质培养和医患关系等方面进行改善。

Investigation of the Well-being Feeling of Medical Workers of Different Characteristics in Hanchuan City

Abstract:Objectives To give more concerns to the well-being feeling of medical workers,to improve the work positive emotion and efficiency,and to provide reference for increasing the quality of medical services and the stability of the team.Methods Based on the nearby and convenient principle,we selected 9 rural and 3 second grade hospitals in Han chuan city.Well-being feeling questionnaire was used to examine 332 medical personnel subjects.Results The scores of the nine dimensions of the well-being feeling were ranked at a descending order as follows: negative feeling,health concerns,friendly relationship,self-worth,altruistic behavior,life vitality,personality development,positive feeling,life satisfaction.Conclusions It is necessary to enhance the well-being feeling of medical personnel through improving wages and welfare,scheduling arrangements,self-quality training and doctor-patient relationship.
