对加强医院物价管理工作的思考

在医疗收费日益成为社会关注焦点的同时,如何加强医院内部的物价管理,越来越被重视。当前医院的物价管理存在领导认识不足以及实际操作不规范等问题,原因主要是医院片面追求经济效益以及操作中不规范。紧密结合医院近年来物价管理工作的实际,特别是2011年以来物价管理工作规范化、制度化工作建设的实际,围绕物价管理部门的重要性、物价检查管理力度、物价管理的制度、物价的监督体系等问题进行初步探讨。将医院物价管理的工作重点放在加强医院内部的监督检查上,建立医院内部物价监督检查的长效机制,增强行业自律性。

Thinking of Strengthening the Administration of Hospital Prices

At the same time of medical charge becoming the focus of attention of the society increasingly,how to strengthen the internal management of prices,is taken more and more attention.The current problems are inadequate understanding and the actual operation of leadership,and the main reasons are the hospital only pursuing economic benefits and the operation not standard.This paper closely connected the actual work of the hospital,especially the actual work of price administration standardized and institutionalized construction since this year,preliminarily discussed around the importance of the price administration department,efforts to manage price,price administration system and the supervision system of the price.The price administration work of hospital should focus on strengthening the supervision and inspection of the hospitals,constructing a long-effect mechanism of price supervision and inspection of the hospitals,strengthening the industry self-regulation.
