| 摘 要： | 目的 对辽东楤木叶中分离得到的3个皂苷类化合物的结构进行鉴定。方法 利用多级串联电喷雾质谱结合其它色谱方法对其结构进行分析。结果 分别鉴定为辽东楤木皂苷V、辽东楤木皂苷Ⅶ、辽东楤木皂苷χ。结论 3个皂苷类化合物均为首次从该植物叶中得到。

| Abstract: | Object To determ ine the structures of three saponins isolated from leaves of A ralia elata(Miq.)Seem.Methods HPLC and electrospray ionization and tandem mass spectrometry were used for purification and structure identification.Results Three saponins were identified as congmunoside,congmunoside,and congmunoside.Conclusion These saponins are obtained from the leaves of A.elate for the first time. |
