人类短串联重复D8S1179的遗传多态性研究

目的 :研究人类短串联重复序列D8S1179在河南汉族人群中的遗传多态性 ,并探讨该基因座在法医学和基因诊断中的应用可能性。方法 :采集河南无血缘关系汉族个体血样 ,应用Chelex法提取DNA ,聚合酶链式反应扩增 ,非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分型。结果 :得到D8S1179在河南汉族群体中的基因频率 ,有 8个等位基因 ,2 8个基因型 ,杂合度为 0 82 9,个体识别率为 0 95 ,非父排除率为 0 6 6。结论 :该基因座多态性较好 ,分布符合Hardy Weinberg平衡 ,可以用于个体识别和亲权鉴定。

Genetic polymorphisms of human s hort tandem repeat D8S1179

Objective: To research the genetic polymorphis of D8S1179 in Henan population and its using in forensic science.Methods: Collecting non relative persons in Henan population and getting the DNA with chelex.Using polymerase chain reaction and nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis silver staining to type the persons.Results: A total of 8 alleles and 28 genotypes was found in Henan population,its heterozygosity is high and the locus can be used in forensic genetics.Conclusion: We get the frequency of the locus D8S1179 in Henan population.The results of amniotic fluid,villus,blood stain mean D8S1179 is a good locus for forensic.
