神经内窥镜手术的临床应用

目的 探讨神经内窥镜手术的应用。方法 应用神经内窥镜手术治疗有颅内庄增高症状的蛛网膜囊肿5例，脑积水20例，囊性颅咽管瘤4例，脑穿通畸形1例，脑室内囊肿1例。结果 所有患术后临床症状、体征均有不同程度好转。术后影像学检查改善30例，无明显变化1例。31例中4例术后出现并发症，发热1例，颅内感染1例，一过性外展神经麻痹1例，癫痫1例。结论 神经内窥镜手术适用于颅内囊性占位病灶及脑积水的治疗，其损伤小，术后康复较快，可缩短住院时间，为神经外科的治疗方法之一。

Clinical Application of Neuroendoscopic Techniques

Objective To discuss the technique and method of endoscopic neurosurgery.Methods Of31patients treated by endoscope assisted neurosurgery,5suffered from arachniodal cysts,20hydrocephalus,4cystic craniopharyngiomas,1intraventricular cyst and1porencephalia.Results The clinical manifestations were improved in all the patients after the operation.Of31patients,30had improved intracerebral morphologic signal on CT and1did not after the operation.The postoperative complications included fever in1case,intracranial infection in1,transient abducent nerve paralysis in1and epilepsy in1.Conclusions Endoscope assisted neurosurgery is a safe and effective method of treating selected patients with intracranial cyst occupying lesion and hydrocephalus.It has many advantages such as fewer complications,minimal invasiveness and faster rehabilitation of the patient's health.
