| 摘 要： | 目的研究南郑县大骨节病防治效果,为控制大骨节病提供依据。方法分别于1989、1999、2009年对南郑县3个监测点进行大骨节病普查。结果 1999年比1989年总检出率下降了15.01个百分点,平均患病率下降了9.12个百分点,差异均极显著（P〈0.001）;2009年比1999年总检出率降了11.61个百分点,平均患病率下降了6.44个百分点,差异均极显著（P〈0.001）;2009年比1989年总检出率下降了26.62个百分点,平均患病率下降了15.56个百分点,差异均极显著（P〈0.001）。6~13岁儿童大骨节病X线检出率在1989年、1999年、2009年分别为33.93%、8.53%、1.18%,差异极显著（P〈0.001）。结论南郑县的大骨节病明显减少,防治效果显著,防治措施有效。应持续落实此类措施,控制大骨节病。
