儿童营养状态与血增食欲素A、瘦素的相关性

目的探讨不同营养状态儿童血中增食欲素A、瘦素水平的变化及其相关性。方法检测29例营养不良儿童和29例肥胖儿童的外周血增食欲素A、瘦素水平，并与29例性别、年龄匹配的健康儿童比较，同时分析血增食欲素A、瘦素、 BMI之间的相关性。结果①营养不良儿童中外周血增食欲素A水平显著高于对照组（F=4．551，P=0．012），瘦素水平显著低于对照组（F=4．074，P=0．005），未发现性别对增食欲素A、瘦素水平的影响存在交互作用（P〉0．05）；②肥胖组儿童外周血增食欲素A水平显著低于对照组（F=5．063，P=0．008），肥胖组血清瘦素水平显著高于对照组（F=5．105，P=0．007），未发现性别对增食欲素A、瘦素水平的影响存在交互作用（P〉0．05）；（9相关性分析表明营养不良组、肥胖组与对照组3组中血增食欲素A与BMI成负相关（P〈0．05），血瘦素水平与BMI存在着正相关性性（P〈0．05），而血增食欲素A与血瘦素水平无显著相关性存在（P〉0．05）。结论外周血增食欲素A水平、瘦素水平与儿童的营养状态有关，增食欲素A与瘦素参与了机体营养状态的调节。

The Correlation between Nutritional Status and Blood Orexin A,Leptin in Children

Objective To explore the changes of blood Orexin A and Leptin levels in Children with different trophic status. Methods 29 malnourished children,29 obese children and 29 healthy age-and sex-matched controls were taken in this study. Peripheral blood orexin A and leptin concentrations were detected and the correlation between orexin A, leptin and BMI were ana- lyzed. Results （1）The plasma orexin A levels in malnourished children were significantly higher than those in controls （ F = 4.551, P = 0.012 ） ,the serum leptin levels was significantly lower than those in controls （F = 4. 074, P = 0. 005 ）. （2）The plasma orexin A levels in obese children were lower than those in controls （F = 5. 063, P = 0.008 ）, the serum leptin levels were significantly higher than those in controls （ F = 5. 105, P = 0.007 ）. （3）In three groups, there were significant negative correlations between plasma orexin A and BMI （P 〈 0.05 ）, positive correlation between serum leptin and BMI, and there were not significantly correlation between orexin A and leptin （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions There were relationship between peripheral blood Orexin A, leptin levels and children＇ strophic status, Orexin A and leptin were involved in regulation of trophic status in children.
