儿童营养状态与血增食欲素A、瘦素的相关性

摘    要:目的探讨不同营养状态儿童血中增食欲素A、瘦素水平的变化及其相关性。方法检测29例营养不良儿童和29例肥胖儿童的外周血增食欲素A、瘦素水平,并与29例性别、年龄匹配的健康儿童比较,同时分析血增食欲素A、瘦素、 BMI之间的相关性。结果①营养不良儿童中外周血增食欲素A水平显著高于对照组(F=4.551,P=0.012),瘦素水平显著低于对照组(F=4.074,P=0.005),未发现性别对增食欲素A、瘦素水平的影响存在交互作用(P〉0.05);②肥胖组儿童外周血增食欲素A水平显著低于对照组(F=5.063,P=0.008),肥胖组血清瘦素水平显著高于对照组(F=5.105,P=0.007),未发现性别对增食欲素A、瘦素水平的影响存在交互作用(P〉0.05);(9相关性分析表明营养不良组、肥胖组与对照组3组中血增食欲素A与BMI成负相关(P〈0.05),血瘦素水平与BMI存在着正相关性性(P〈0.05),而血增食欲素A与血瘦素水平无显著相关性存在(P〉0.05)。结论外周血增食欲素A水平、瘦素水平与儿童的营养状态有关,增食欲素A与瘦素参与了机体营养状态的调节。

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of blood Orexin A and Leptin levels in Children with different trophic status. Methods 29 malnourished children,29 obese children and 29 healthy age-and sex-matched controls were taken in this study. Peripheral blood orexin A and leptin concentrations were detected and the correlation between orexin A, leptin and BMI were ana- lyzed. Results (1)The plasma orexin A levels in malnourished children were significantly higher than those in controls ( F = 4.551, P = 0.012 ) ,the serum leptin levels was significantly lower than those in controls (F = 4. 074, P = 0. 005 ). (2)The plasma orexin A levels in obese children were lower than those in controls (F = 5. 063, P = 0.008 ), the serum leptin levels were significantly higher than those in controls ( F = 5. 105, P = 0.007 ). (3)In three groups, there were significant negative correlations between plasma orexin A and BMI (P 〈 0.05 ), positive correlation between serum leptin and BMI, and there were not significantly correlation between orexin A and leptin (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions There were relationship between peripheral blood Orexin A, leptin levels and children' strophic status, Orexin A and leptin were involved in regulation of trophic status in children.
