老年人糖尿病合并肺部感染的临床分析

目的分析老年糖尿病合并肺部感染患者的临床特点,探讨其治疗策略。方法对62例糖尿病伴肺部感染老年患者的临床相关因素(症状、实验室检查、血糖、并发症、痰菌等)和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果老年糖尿病患者合并肺部感染的症状多不典型,且主要致病菌为革兰阴性菌(67.7%),老年糖尿病患者空腹血糖≥11.1mmol/L、餐后2h血糖≥15mmol/L、糖尿病并发症、病程较长(≥5年)等均与肺部感染的发生密切相关。结论老年糖尿病合并肺部感染易误诊,漏诊,治疗较为困难,易导致多脏器功能障碍,应积极治疗。

Clinical Analysis of Senility Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Pulmonary Infection

Objective To find out the therapeutics of senility diabetes mellitus（SDM）complicated with pulmonary infection（PI）according to analysis of its characteristics.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the characteristics of SDM complicated with PI in 62 cases,including symptoms,lab examinations,levels of blood sugar,complications and results of sputum cultures.Results SDM complicated with PI usually showed uncharacteristic symptoms,and pathogens of PI were mainly Gram negative Bacilli.And levels of Fast blood sugar≥11.1mmol/L、levels of Post prandial blood sugar≥ 15mmol /L、 complications of diabetes mellitus,length of course（≥5年）were closely correlate to PI.Conclusion It is difficult to be treated and diagnosed for Senility Diabetes Mellitus complicated with Pulmonary Infection.,and it can cause multiorgan dysfunction,so we should treat it actively.
