左氧氟沙星治疗复治耐多药肺结核近期疗效观察

目的 评价左氧氟沙星在复治耐多药肺结核治疗中的效果.方法 将104例复治耐多药肺结核患者分为治疗组53例,对照组51例;对照组方案为3PaZEPtAK/5PaZEPt/13PaEPt,治疗组加入左氧氟沙星,比较痰菌、X线变化及药物不良反应.结果 满疗程后,痰菌转阴率、X线病灶有效率,治疗组分别为84.3%、84.3%,对照组分别为56.3%、60.4%,两组间有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 左氧氟沙星治疗复治耐多药肺结核,可提高痰菌转阴率,促进病灶吸收,值得推广.

The Short-term Treatment Effect of Regimen Which Contains the Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Capsules for retreating multi-drug-Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of the regimen which contains Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Capsules for MDR-TB cases.Methods 104 retreatment multi-drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis cases that confirmed bacterilogically were divided into two groups. 51cases in the control group ( treated with 3PaZEPtAK/5PaZEPt/13PaEPt), 53 cases in the observation group (treated with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Capsules which was added to the regimen of the control group). The results of bacteriological examination, X-rag examination and side effects of the drugs were collected and compared at the end of full treatment course.Results At the end of full treatment course, the sputum negative conversion rates was 84.3% in the observation group. It was 56.3% in the control group. Effect rates of X-ray-examined focus turned out was 84.3% in the observation. It was 60.4% in the control group. These rates in observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The regimen which contains Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Capsules was helpful to sputum smear negative conversion and the absorption of the athology, this regimen deserve to be popularized in the practice.
