摘    要:基因盒-整合子系统是一种可移动基因元件,可捕获表达耐药基因,并通过质粒或转座子在细菌中水平传播。现就整合子的发现、结构、分类;整合子对基因盒的捕获、表达;整合子与细菌耐药性的关系以及整合子的检测等方面进行综述。

Abstract:Integrons are mobile genetic elements that can capture and express diverse resistance genes, and are able to transfer laterally into a wide range of bacteria through plasmids and transposons. This paper reviews the discovery, structure and classification of integrons. It also summarizes the capture and expression of gene cassettes by integrons, the relationship between integrons and drug resistance, as well as the detection of integrons.
