| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究MMP 9在胎盘绒毛滋养层细胞的表达 ,探讨MMP 9在妊高征发病中的作用。方法 :用免疫组化两步法检测 42例妊高征患者及 2 5例正常妊娠者胎盘组织中滋养层细胞MMP 9的表达。结果 :正常妊娠组滋养细胞MMP 9表达阳性率为 72 0 % ,明显高于妊高征组 (4 0 5 % ) ,P <0 0 5。随妊高征病情的加重 ,MMP 9的表达有减少趋势。结论 :妊高征患者胎盘滋养细胞MMP 9的表达明显减少 ,且随其病情加重 ,MMP 9表达有减少趋势。表明MMP 9与妊高征的发生有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in syncytiotrophoblast of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods:The placenta samples were cotecllected from 42 patients with PIH and 25 normal pregnant woman. Immunohistochemical analysis was employed to demonstrate the positive expression of the MMP-9 in syncytiotrophoblast of these samples.Results:The positive expression of the MMP-9 in placenta from normal pregnancy group was 72% and it was significantly highter than that in PIH(40.5%,P<0.05).Moreover, the MMP-9 positive expression had a reduced trend as the PIH advanced.Conclusion:The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 is decreased in placenta syncytiotrophoblast in PIH group. |
