摘    要:目的:建立毛细管电泳法(CE)测定贝母中浙贝乙素、西贝素、西贝苷等生物碱的含量测定方法。方法:以毛细管区带电泳模式,用内标法分析了9种贝母药材中上述生物碱的含量。结果:3种生物碱分离完全,并有较好的回收率和重现性,结论本法快速、简便、高效、为贝母的质量控制和评价提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:Object To develop a method for the quantitative anal ysis ofpeiminine, imperialine and imperialine-3β-D-glucosid e i n Fritillaria L. by capillary electrophoresis. Methods 9 species of bulbus Fritillaria L. were analysed with in ter nal standard by the mode of capillary zone electrophoresis. Results The 3 alkaloids were separated completely with the method which showed good recovery and reproducibility. Conclusion The method was prove d to be quick, simple, and efficient, and provided a reliable basis for the qual ity control and evaluation of this plant medicine.
