167例高度近视患者中医证候分析

目的研究高度近视患者的中医证候特点。方法 167例高度近视患者根据年龄分为10～29岁组,30～49岁组,50～69岁组和70～89岁组,所有患者填写中医证候量化表及CRF表,并行统计学分析。结果高度近视患者年龄与中医症状积分有相关性,随着年龄增加,中医症状逐渐加重。结论高度近视患者中医证候演变具有一定规律,10～29岁组患者主要表现为气阴两虚的症状,30～49岁组,50～69岁组和70～89岁组患者随年龄增加在气阴两虚症状存在的同时肝肾亏虚的症状逐渐加重。

Analysis of the symptoms of 167 high myopic patients by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)

OBJECTIVE To study the symptom of high myopic patients by traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）.METHODS One hundred and sixty-seven high myopic patients were divided into four groups including：10～ 29 year-old group,30～49 year-old group,50～69 year-old group and 70～89 year-old group.Case reported form（CRF） and forms of TCM symptoms were filled by all the patients.All data were analyzed statistically.RESULTS The age of high myopic patients was correlated with the scores of symptom of TCM,and the TCM symptoms of high myopic patients were aggravating while their age was increasing.CONCLUSIONS The evolvement of TCM syndrome of high myopic patients has its regularity,the main manifestation of TCM symptom of the 10 ～29 year-old group was Deficiency of both Qi and Yin.The high myopic patients in the 30～49 year-old group,the 50～69 year-old group and the 70～89 year-old group whose age was increasing while the TCM syndrome of impairment of Liver and Kidney type was aggravating,which combined with the symptom of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin.
