| 摘 要： | 目的为临床上利用胸段食管动脉介入性治疗食管癌提供解剖学依据。方法采用成人尸体标本60具(男47,女13),解剖、观察胸段食管动脉的起点、分支与吻合;测量外径、夹角和可游离长度。结果114支胸上段食管供血动脉来源于支气管动脉,占该段食管供血动脉总支数的68.67%;66支胸下段食管供血动脉来源于支气管动脉,占该段食管供血动脉总支数的42.31%。胸下段食管动脉器官外分支可分为纵行多分支型和横行少分支型。食管胸段的供血动脉在器官外的相互吻合较少,器官表面的吻合较多。结论在选择性靶动脉造影时,应细心观察吻合支;只有寻找肿瘤全部供血血管并灌注后,胸段食管癌介入性药物灌注才能获得最佳效果。 |
