| 摘 要： | 异体睾丸移植是治疗男性不育或性腺功能减退的有效方法之一。自18世纪开展第一例实验睾丸移植至今已经历了近3个世纪,有关这方面的研究在不同领域都取得了长足进展,但涉及其中的诸多问题依然值得关注。现结合众多文献资料,就睾丸移植的历史、现状及展望作较全面的阐述。

| Abstract: | Testicular aUotransplantation is one of the effective options for the treatment of male infertility and hypogonadism. Since the first experimental testis transplantation, nearly 3 centuries have passed and great strides have been made in this field. Nevertheless there remain some problems that call for the attention of the medical world. Based on varieties of related literature, this paper gives a general review of the history, the status quo and the prospects of testicular allotransplantation. |
