凯西莱治疗抗结核药肝损害的疗效观察

目的　观察凯西莱对抗结核药所致肝损害的作用。 方法　 治疗组 4 5例患者在不停用抗结核药的情况下 ,给予凯西莱片剂 ,每次 0 .2 g ,每天 3次 ,口服 ,疗程 3个月 ;对照组不用凯西莱 ,停用抗结核药。两组所采用的基础治疗相同。 结果　两组治疗前后肝功能比较 :治疗组经 3个月凯西莱治疗后 ,血清ALT、AST、TB下降非常明显 ,与治疗前相比差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组治疗前后差值与对照组治疗前后差值比较差别有非常显著性意义 ;两组临床疗效比较 ,治疗组优于对照组。 结论　凯西莱对抗结核药所致的肝损害具有明显的治疗作用

Clinical Observation of Tiopronin in Treating Liver Injury Caused by Anti- Tuberculosis Drug

Objective To observe the effect of Tiopronin in treating the liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drug.Methods Treatment group 45 cases were given Tiopronin tablet 0.2g/3 times/day,orally,treatment course 3 months ,on the basis of not stoping use of anti-TB drug. Control group were not given Tipronin,and stopped using anti-TB drug. The basic therapy of both group is the same. Results The comparation of the liver function of the two groups before and after treatment:after 3 month's Tiopronin therapy,the plasma ALT?AST?TB of treatment group decreased obviously,there's obvious difference (P<0.01) ,compared with that before treatment the therapy effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.Conclusion Tiopronin has obvious effect on liver injury caused by anti-TB drug.
