| 摘 要： | 目的：应用TEI指数评价高血压病患者左心室的收缩及舒张功能的变化，探讨其临床应用价值。方法：高血压病患者50例，正常组40例，采用脉冲多普勒显像技术，测量并计算左室TEI指数。结果：高血压病组左室TEI指数大于正常组。结论：TEI指数是一种简便可靠的定量评价高血压病患者左心室收缩和舒张功能的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical value of Tei index in the evaluation of the systolic and diastolic function of the left ventricle in patients with essential hypertension. Methods ：50 patients with essential hypertension and 40 patients normal control subjects were examined by echocardiography. Tei index of the left ventricle were measured in all the subjects. Results： Compared with healthy subjects, the patients with essential hypertention show higher LV Tei index. Conclusion： Tel index is a simple and reliable Doppler index of quantitative assessing overall left ventricle function in the essential hypertension group. |
