泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床观察

目的观察泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效。方法将135例消化性溃疡出血患者随机分为两组,观察组采用泮托拉唑静滴治疗,对照组采用西米替丁静滴治疗。结果观察组的显效率（60.3%）和总有效率（91.2%）均显著高于对照组（分别为35.8%和70.2%）（P〈0.01）,且未见明显副作用。结论泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡并出血疗效肯定,可作为治疗本病的首选药物。

Clinical observation on pantoprazole in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage. Methods 135 cases with peptic ulcer hemorrhage were divided randomly into observation group（ n = 68） and control group（ n = 67） ,receiving treatment of intravenously pantoprazole and cimetidine respectively. Results Compared with control group,the improving rate and total effectiveness rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（ 60. 3% vs 35. 8% ,91. 2% vs 70. 2% ,two P 0. 01） ,and had few side effects occurred. Conclusion Pantoprazole is a effective drug for peptic ulcer hemorrhage.
