摘    要:了解人胎儿消化系统生长抑素发生,发展及分布规律。应用放射免疫分析法系统测定了15例胎儿消化系统各组织中的SS浓度。在人胚胎胃肠胰组织中均有不同浓度的SS存在,SS在消化系统出现的时间均早于16周,22周后呈典型成人型分布,SS含量以胰腺最高,依次为十二指肠,胃,食管,回肠,结肠,胆囊含量较低,与前者比较P〈0.05。

Abstract:Objective: This study was conducted to clarify the development and distribution of somatostatin (SS) in human fetal digestive system. Methods: SS contents were determined systematically by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in the tissues of digestive system (12 regions) of 15 human fetuses. Results: SS exited widely in the tissues of all regions with different levels in 15 cases. SS appears in digestive system all before 16 weeks and the adult pattern of SS distribution were established by 22 weeks of age. The highest content of SS is in pancreas, the next are duodenum and stomach, but lower in esophagus, ileum, colon and gallbladder ( P <0.05). SS levels in pancreas, duodenum and stomach positively correlated with fetal age ( P <0.01), which in the other tissues changed little or gradually declined as fetus growing. In addition we found for the first time that SS had higher content in appendix and SS level of appendix was negatively correlated with fetus age ( P <0.01). Conclusions: SS development and distribution in human fetal digestive system exited certain regularity. Determination of SS levels in stomach, duodenum, pancreas or appendix may help us to judge the growth of the fetus.
