| 摘 要： | 应用电镜ｘ射线显微分析仪电子探针ｘ射线微量分析，测试人体肝细胞癌中不同部位微量元素含量。结果表明：肝癌细胞内Ｃｕ含量差异显著高于正常；Ａｌ和Ｚｎ则低于正常；癌旁肝细胞核内Ｃｕ含量差异显著高于癌中心细胞核及胞浆。提示：癌旁肝细胞内Ｃｕ的沉积，在肝细胞癌的癌变中可能起阻抗作用。

| Abstract: | sing electron microscope equipped with an
X-ray microanalysis, the heptocellular carci-noma(HCC)specimens(4 cases from surgical
operation)and their controls(3 cases from acci-dent)were studied.The specimens were routinely
post-fixed in 1%OsO4,but the sectionwere not stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate. The
contents of trace elements-copper,zinc,iron and aluminum were tested in the cancerous center,
cancerous side portion and nor-mal liver The results showed that:the content of copper in HCC
was higher than that in nor-mal liver(P<0.01);the accumulation of copper in the nuclei of
cancerous side portion weremuch more in excess than that in the nuclei of cancerous
center;the content of cancerous sideportion were zinc were decreased in HCC,Our data suggest
that the accumulation of copperin the cancerous side portion may be the effects hindering the
development of HCC. Excesscopper in the nuclei may be closely related to biological
macromolecule,particularly the met-alenzymes and DNA in nuclei. |
