小切口胆囊切除术临床应用体会(附136例分析)

本文报道了作者于1994年～1996年期间对胆囊良性病变实施小切口胆囊切除术136例的情况，并与传统的胆囊切除术做了比较。通过对结果的分析表明：小切口胆囊切除术是一种创伤小、恢复快、并发症少的安全术式，具有较好的临床疗效。作者还对实施小切口胆囊切除术需注意的问题和应具．备的相关条件及手术操作体会作了阐述。

Clinical Application of minilaparotomy cholecystectomy (analysis of 136 Cases)

In this paper, we report 136 cases of Minilaparotomy Cholecystectomy which were performed to the patients with benign pathological changes of gallbladder from 1994 to 1996 at our hospital. Having compared the result of Minilaparotomy Cholecystectomy with that of conventional cholecystectomy,we drew the conclusion that Minilaparotomy Cholecystelctomy is a perfect operation with slight trauma and less postoperative complicati0ns. The advangatages of Minilaparotomy Cholecystectomy and some matters needing attention in performing this operation ars also summed up in this article.
