| 摘 要： | 病案作为医院的宝贵资料，见证了医学科学发展的历程，是一笔珍贵财富，具有十分重要的历史价值和研究价值。特藏病案是病案部门从传统管理走上科学管理的一个重要标志，也是病案部门提升工作内涵，拓展管理功能的重要举措。文章对特殊性藏病案的选择标准和管理要求作了探讨。

| Abstract: | Patients record is precious data of hospital;it experiences the development of medical science;it is wealth of hospital; it has very important history value and research value.Special record is an important mark of research-on-research of medical record department from tradition management.It is also an important practice to improve work effect and strengthen management function.The study discusses the inclusion criteria and management requirement of special record. |
