摘    要:[目的]研究中药十八反中藜芦对人参的耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用的影响。[方法]采用均匀设计法,通过小鼠耐缺氧实验和游泳实验考察藜芦对人参耐缺氧和抗疲劳实验的影响。[结果]当藜芦与人参剂量配比为1:5.6时,小鼠常压耐缺氧时间和游泳时间最短,藜芦对人参的耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用影响最大。[结论]藜芦能够降低人参的耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用。

The Influence of Veratrum Nigrum on Anti-hypoxia and Anti-fatigue Effect of Panax Gingseng by Uniform Design

Abstract:[ Objective] to study the influence of Veratrum nigrum on anti - hypoxia and anti - fatigue effect of Panax gingseng. [ Methods ] using anti - hypoxia test and swim test in mice to observe the influence of Veratrum nigrum on anti - hypoxia and anti - fatigue effect of Panax gingseng by uniform design. [ Results ] when Veratrum nigrum and Panax gingseng dose ratio of 1 : 5.6, anti - hypoxia and swimming time in mice were the shortest, veratrum nigrurn has the most influence on anti - hypoxia and anti - fatigue effect of Panax gingseng. [ Conclusions ] veratrum nigrum can degrade anti - hypoxia and anti - fatigue effect of Panax gingseng.
