| 摘 要： | 探讨纤维支气管镜辅助插胃管在危重患者中的置管方法及护理配合,以解决患者胃肠道营养及胃液引流问题。50例按常规护理操作方法反复多次插胃管不成功的患者再通过纤维支气管镜引导下结合临床护理操作而留置胃管。其中90%一次插管取得成功;10%经2次插管取得成功。解决了胃液引流及胃肠道营养问题,保证了有效的胃肠减压。

| Abstract: | To solve serious patients'stomach and intestines nutrition and gastric juice drainage and explor the clinical application and nursing of the retaining stomach tube in serious patients with the help of the fiber bronchoscope.50 patients who were retained stomach tube operation method,which can't carry out routinely for many times.The gastric tube was installed at the control of the fiber bronchoscope.There were 45 pattents whom were installed successfully only once and 5 patients were installed twice.Thus the problem of the gastric juice drainage and stomach and intestines nutrition were carried out and the patients was kept valid stomach and intestines decompression. |
