次声对大鼠血液流变特性的影响

摘    要:目的:研究次声对大鼠血液流变特性的影响。使用频率8Hz,强度为90dB与120dB的次声每日对大鼠作用2h,观察血液流变特性的变.结果,120dB作用7d与90dB作用14d后导致了血细胞比容、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度等血液流变指标改变,而120dB作用14d,90dB作用28d后这些变化的指标又都恢复。结论一定范围内的次声作用可引起强度相关的血液变变学改变,而且这些改变是可恢复的。

Abstract:AIM To study the effect of infrasound on the hemorheology of rats. METHODS Rats were radiated for 2 hours every day by the infrasound of 8 Hz 120 dB and 90 dB and its hemorheological index were measured. RESULTS We found that 7 d of 120 dB and 14 d of 90 dB could make Hct, whole blood high shear rate viscosity and whole blood low shear rate viscosity change ( P <0.05) and after 14 d of 120 dB and 28 d of 90 dB all of the changes disappeared. CONCLUSION Infrasound can make the hemorheological performance change, which are dependent on the frequency and the strength of the infrasound, and these changes are recoverable.
