医务部(处)建设模式新概念

为适应新军事革命的要求，医院、疗养院的医务部（处）须构建新的工作模式。即加强决策意识，辅助院领导，从“高”、“远”、“深”、“全”的科学角度主动参谋的决策型模式；加强专业和管理知识的学习，成为专家型、管理型人才，并努力提高综合素质，向复合型人才发展的学习型模式；改进工作作风，坚持面向基层，把为基层服务作为工作的出发点和落脚点，积极主动、热情周到地为基层办实事，解难题的服务型模式；职能公开、决策公开，接受群众监督，促进团结协作的透明型模式；加强硬件建设，简化工作程序，运用平行工作方法，提高工作效率的高效型模式。

New Construction Mode of Medical Affair Department

To meet request of the accelerated development of the new military revolution,the medical affair depart- ment should construct a new work mode in which decision-making awareness will enhance to support the leaders and form decision-making mode;the study of specialty knowledge will be strengthen to realized learning mode; the service consciousness will be improved to form service mode;the decision-making will be published to form clarity mode;and work procedure will be simplified to improve work efficiency and form high-efficiency mode.
