射频消融治疗快速性心律失常102例分析

目的探讨射频导管消融(RFCA)在治疗快速性心律失常中的临床价值。方法采用RFCA治疗快速心律失常102例。除特发性室性心动过速(IVT)1例,阵发性心房扑动2例,其余均为房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)和房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)。结果室上性心动过速(SVT)消融成功率为100%,右侧旁道消融所用时间多于左侧旁道及房室结慢径路消融的时间。随访(21±8)个月,无一例复发。IVT首次消融成功,心房扑动消融成功,全组无并发症发生。结论RFCA治疗快速性心律失常是有效的、安全的。

Effectiveness of radiofrequency catheter ablation of cardiac arrhythmias

Objective To study the clinic value of radio freguency cather ablation in cardiac arrhythmias pati-ents.Methods One hundred and two cardiac arrhythmias patients were treated with radio-frequeney catheter abla-tion,related to the atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT)and atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT)(99 patients);the idiopathic ventricular tachycardia(1 patient);the atrial flutter(2 patients).Results The success rate for AVNRT and AVRT was 100%.The right accessory pathway needed more time than left accessory pathway.The mean follow-up duration was(21±8)months.No one case recurrent.The success rate was 100% for the idiopathic ventricular tachycardia and the atrial flutter.The complication rate was 0.Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation is effective and safe in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
