复方大承气汤配合电针治疗植物粪石性肠梗阻48例

目的：观察复方大承气汤配合电针治疗植物粪石性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法：将96例植物粪石性肠梗阻患者随机分为两组。对照组48例仅以西医常规治疗，治疗组48例在西医常规治疗的基础上，应用复方大承气汤配合电针治疗。结果：治疗组非手术治疗成功率64．6％，平均住院时间6．5d；对照组非手术治疗成功率25．0％，平均住院时间9．8d。两组比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：复方大承气汤配合电针治疗植物粪石性肠梗阻疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Compound Major Chengqi Decoction with Electric Needle on 48 Cases of Intestinal Obstruction by Phytobezoar

Objective：To detect the effect of compound major Chengqi decoction with electric needle on 48 cases of intestinal obstruction by phytobezoar. Methods：96 cases of intestinal obstruction by phytobezoar were randomly divided into routine western medicine group by 48 eases and the rest 48 cases into treatment group by compound major Chengqi decoction with electric needle besideds routine therapy. Results ：The non-surgical cure rate was 64.6% in the treatment group with average 6.5 days of hospitalization. While that of routine western medicine group was 25.0% with average 9.8 days of hospitalization. The difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Compound major Chengqi decoction with electric needle was proved to be effective on intestinal obstruction by phytobezoar and deserves to be popularized.
