单次呼吸法和内呼吸法测定老年人肺弥散功能比较

目的 :比较内呼吸法和单次呼吸法在测定老年人肺弥散功能的差异和临床应用价值 .方法 :先后采用两种方法对同一病人测定肺弥散功能 ,共测定 2 4 2例老年人 .结果 :2 0 1例同时完成了两种测定方法 ,所测四种指标之间均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两种方法所测DLCO %之间存在显著正相关关系 (r =0 72 93,P <0 0 1) . 4 1例用单次呼吸法测定未能得到测定结果的患者改用内呼吸法后有 39例得到了满意的结果 .结论 :单次呼吸法和内呼吸法均是测定肺弥散功能的好方法 .内呼吸法的检出率在老年人群明显高于单次呼吸法

Comparison Between Single-breath Method and Intra-breath Method of Measuring Pulmonary Diffusing Capacity in the Aged

Objective: To compare the differences and values of clinical application between single-breath method (SB) and intra-breath (IB) of measuring the pulmonary diffusing capacity in the aged. Methods: In 242 aged persons, the pulmonary diffusing capacity was measured successively by the SB and IB. Results: 201 patients finished respectively the 2 lung function test, the 4 indexes representing the pulmonary diffusing capacity between the SB and IB have no significant differences (P>0.05), and the DLCO% from SB was positive correlation to that from IB (r=0.729?3, P<0.01), 41 patients could not obtained satisfactory measured indexes by using SB, but when using IB, 39 of them could get the satisfactory measured indexes. Conclusion: Both of SB and IB are the good methods to measure pulmonary diffusing capacity, but in the aged, the effective rate of measurement by IB is significantly higher than that by SB.
