保健灸法对更年期大鼠血清E_2、FSH、LH含量影响实验研究

目的：探讨保健灸法对自然更年期大鼠血清中雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成激素（LH）的影响及作用机制。方法：SD雌性大鼠24只,3月龄8只,为青年组,10月龄16只,随机分为更年期对照组和更年期保健灸组。采用ELISA方法,观察实施保健灸法后更年期大鼠血清中雌二醇、促卵泡激素、促黄体生成激素水平的变化。结果：与青年组比较,更年期对照组E2含量显著降低（P〈0.01）,LH、FSH含量显著升高（P〈0.01）。与更年期对照组相比较,更年期保健灸组E2含量显著升高（P〈0.01）,LH、FSH含量降低（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论：保健灸法能够提高E2含量,降低FSH和LH含量,调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能,调节雌性激素的分泌水平,从而发挥延缓衰老的作用。

Effect of Health Moxibustion on Levels of E_2 FSH and LH in Serum of Rats with Natural Menopausal

Objective：To investigate effect of health moxibustionon on levels of E2,FSH and LH in serum of rats with natural menopausal.Methods：Totally 24 female SD rats,8 rats 3 month-aged were in youth groups,16 rats 10 month-aged were divided into 2 groups by random number：menopause control group and health moxibustion of the menopause group.The ELISA method was applied to observe the effect.Results：Compared with the youth group,the E2 content of the menopause control group declined significantly（P0.01）,LH and FSH contents raised significantly（P0.01）.Compared with the menopause control group,the E2 content of health moxibustion of the menopause group raised significantly（P0.01）,LH and FSH contents declined（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion：Health moxibustion can raise the content of E2 and decline the contents of FSH and LH,adjust the function of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and the secretion of estrogen level.So it plays a role in defer senility.
