微波加透明质酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨陛关节炎临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察微波加透明质酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:160例膝关节骨性关节炎(209膝)随机分为两组,治疗组80例(104膝)采用微波加透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射,对照组80例(105膝)单用透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射。结果:治疗后两组膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动度均得到有效改善(P〈0.05);治疗组疼痛和关节肿胀改善优于对照组(P〈0.05);两组在膝关节下蹲活动度改善方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:微波加透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射可提高膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) treated with microwave and Sodium Hyaluronate injection into knee joint. Methods: 160 cases (209 knees )with KOA were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases ( 104 knees )in therapy group treated with microwave and Sodium Hyaluronate injecting into knee joints, 80 cases in control group treated with Sodium Hyaluronate only. Result : The pain, swelling and range of motion ( ROM ) of the affected knees have been improved effectively in two groups ( P〈0.05 ) .The therapy group relieved pain and swelling more effectively than the control group ( P〈0.05 ), and there was no significant difference in ROM between two groups ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion: Combined microwave with Sodium Hyaluronate injecting into knee joint could improve the clinical effect of KOA.
