Reg IV与胃癌腹腔转移的相关性研究

目的]探讨Reg Ⅳ表达与胃癌腹腔转移的相关性。方法]利用实时荧光定量PCR检测50例胃癌患者腹腔冲洗液中Reg Ⅳ、CA72-4、CK20的表达水平。结果]病理诊断已明确发生腹腔转移的12例胃癌腹腔冲洗液中Reg IV的相对表达量为34.3(26.2~39.6),显著高于38例未发生腹腔转移的Reg Ⅳ的相对表达量22.7(18.4~33.0)(P=0.017)。Reg Ⅳ表达水平与患者淋巴结转移、淋巴管侵犯、临床分期等密切相关。淋巴结转移和淋巴管侵犯阳性的患者腹腔冲洗液中Reg Ⅳ的表达水平明显升高(均为P=0.024);晚期胃癌(Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期)患者腹腔冲洗液中Reg Ⅳ的表达水平明显高于早期胃癌患者(Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期)(P=0.015)。Reg Ⅳ在胃癌患者中敏感性(100.0%)优于CA72-4(66.7%)和CK20(58.3%)。结论]Reg Ⅳ的表达与胃癌的腹腔转移密切相关,利用荧光定量PCR检测胃癌患者的腹腔冲洗液中Reg Ⅳ的水平,可以提高对胃癌腹腔转移的预测。

The Correlation of Reg IV with Peritoneal Metastasis in Gastric Cancer

Purpose] To investigate the correlation of the expression of Reg Ⅳ with peritoneal metastasis in gastric cancer.Methods] The mRNA levels of Reg Ⅳ,CA72-4 and CK20 in peritoneal washing fluid in 50 Cases with gastric cancer were detected by real-time PCR.Results] The expression of Reg Ⅳ in 12 cases with peritoneal metastasis(34.3,26.2~39.6) was significant higher than that in 38 cases without peritoneal metastasis(22.7,18.4~33.0)(P=0.017).The expression of Reg Ⅳ was closely correlated with lymph nodemetastasis and lymphatic vessel invasion(P=0.024);and also was higher in advanced stages than that in early stages(P=0.015).The sensitivity of Reg IV(100.0%) was higher than that of CA72-4(66.7%) and CK20(58.3%) for gastric cancer diagnosis.Conclusion] The expression of Reg Ⅳ is closely related to peritoneal metastasis in gastric cancer.Detecting the expression of Reg Ⅳ from peritoneal washing fluid by RT-PCR could improve the predictability of peritoneal metastasis in gastric cancer.
