某高校新生军训期间伤病情况及防治对策

目的 了解高校新生军训的伤病情况，为制订合理的防治措施提供科学依据。方法 统计军训期间在医疗服务站点和校医院门诊疾病情况统计，并针对性的提出防治措施。结果 新生军训期间伤病有着一定的规律和特点，女生就诊率高于男生，排在首位的是上呼吸道感染，其次为胃肠炎和急性结膜炎；2004年就诊率29．76％，2005年就诊率25．50％，2006年就诊率22．20％。结论 新生军训期间的伤病情况不容乐观，加强健康教育，做好军训期间的医疗保健和卫生监督工作十分必要。

During A Military Training College Freshmen''''s Injuries and Control Measures

Objective Find out the injury and disease status of all the new students during military training. Then offer scientific basis for proper measures on prevention and treatment. Method Sum up the statistics that the new students have fallen ill and sought medical advice at the clinics or school hospital during military training,and take measures on prevention and treatment in accordance with it. Results The new students＇ illness and injury during military training has defenite regular pattern and feature. The rate of girls＇ falling ill is higher than boys＇. The first common disease is tupper respiratory infection. The next is Gastroenterritis and Acute Conjunctirities. The rate of new students＇s seeking medical advice is 29.7% in 2004, 25.5% in 2005, 22.20% in 2006. Conclusion The injury and disease status of the new strdents during military training is not optimistic. Therefore it＇s necessary to improve the new students＇ health education and protection as well as monitoring during military training.
