| 摘 要： | 目的:测定慢性湿疹患者P物质(SP)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)表达水平及分析与CD4 和CD8 T细胞的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测慢性湿疹患者活检标本的SP、VIP水平和CD4 /CD8 T细胞的表达。结果:100例慢性湿疹皮损中70例P物质表达。所有标本均有VIP的表达。CD4 和CD8 T细胞均明显增多。结论:SP和VIP等神经肽与湿疹的发生发展有一定相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To measure the expression of substance P(SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) and to determine the relationship between the expression and CD4 /CD8 lymphocytes in chronic eczema.Methods:SP,VIP,and CD4 /CD8 were measured by immunohistochemistry method in paraffin section of chronic eczema.Results:SP was detected in 70 of 100 specimens tested.VIP was presented in all the specimens tested.A significant increase of CD4 and CD8 cells were observed.Conclusion:Neuropeptides such as SP and VIP may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic eczema. |
