中药复方茵白汤的剂型选择

摘    要:目的:观察茵陈、白茅根、紫草等对α-萘异硫氰酸酯(ANIT)所致小鼠急性黄疸模型的退黄降酶作用,并且选择最佳剂型。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药物对照组(茵栀黄注射液)水煎液组和水煎液正丁醇萃取液给药组。各治疗组连续灌胃给药7d后,ANIT诱发黄疸模型,48h后摘眼球取血,分离血清,以血清肝功能指标以及肝脏组织病理学的改变为观察指标。结果:与模型组比较,茵栀黄组、水煎液给药组、水煎液正丁醇萃取液给药组的ALT、AST、ALP、DBIL、IBIL,均显著下降(P〈0.05);与茵栀黄注射液比较,水煎液给药组和水煎液正丁醇萃取液给药组的ALT、AST、ALP、DBIL、IBIL,均无差异(P〉0.05),肝脏病理组织学检查表明,茵白汤能明显减轻肝细胞变性、坏死和肝小胆管增生,水煎液正丁醇萃取液优于水煎液。结论:茵白汤具有降低实验性胆汁淤积小鼠血清胆红素、转氨酶和改善肝脏组织损伤的作用。剂型选择正丁醇萃取转水溶。

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE (YIN BAI EXTRACT) DOSAGE SEL ECTON

Abstract:Objective:To observe the action of (Capillary Wormwood Herb, Rhizoma imperatae and Radix Lithospermi Root of Sinkiang Arnebia and so on) extract on reduced jaundice and enzyme in jaundice modeL of mice induced by ANIT ,and choose the better dosage. Methods: Mice were randomized into five groups : the normal in which no treatment was given, the ANIT modeL in which ANIT was given on the seventh day; the group A in which the water extract was given ; the group B in which the n - butanoL extract of the water was given, and group C in which " Yin zhihuang injection" was given as positive controL. Except the normal and model group, the other groups were given corresponding medicines for 7 days and then additionally administered ANIT to induced jaundice. After 48 h, the mice' blood was gained from eyes. The serum was separated. The liver functional sign and the content of ALT,AST and ALP in serum, and the change in pathoLogy of Liver tissue were observed. Results:Compared to group model , ALT, AST, ALP, DBIL, IBIL of Group C,Greup A and Group B dropped obviousLy (P 〈 0. 05) ; Compared to Group C, ALT, AST, ALP, DBIL, IBIL of Group A and Group B dropped no obviousLy (P 〉0. 05) ; group A outweigh group B. Conclusion:" Extrac" has the action of reducing serum biLiru - bin By the examination the Liver pathoLogy, we found that " Extract" could notably alleviate hepatocell change and necrosis and hepatominicholange hyperp lasia, group and transaminase and imp roving liver tissue injury in rats of experimental Cholestasis. The dosage should choose n - butanol extracaction to turn water.
