| 摘 要： | 目的：对小钛板坚强内固定及钢丝结扎内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的效果进行分析和比较。方法：36例下颌骨骨折行小钛板坚强内固定及钢丝结扎内固定治疗。术后追踪随访两个月，记录术后咬合关系，复查全景片，测定咀嚼效能，并进行统计学分析。结果：两组不同内固定方法的治疗效果差异无显著性，术后咬合关系不良并发症的发生率相同，但小钛板坚强内固定组咀嚼效能明显高于钢丝结扎内固定组。结论：小钛板坚强内固定组在早期张口活动、恢复咀嚼功能，术后不留有皮肤瘢痕方面优于钢丝结扎内固定组，是目前治疗下颌骨骨折的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical outcomes of open treatment of mandibular fracture using titanium miniplates or wires.Methods:Open reduction and internal fixation was performed for mandibular fracture in 26 patients using miniplates, and in 10 patients using wires. In the follow-up time of 2 months, the occlusion, masticatory ability and radiologic evalutions were documented.Results:The results from the two different internal fixation methods were nonsignificant, but the masticatory ability in the group of the rigid internal fixation was higher than in the group of the wire fixation(P<0.01).Conclusion:Miniplates osteosynthesis was more advantageous than wire fixation in the treatment of mandibular fracture. |
