摘    要:目的 测试了解GI II型粉浆涂塑铝瓷底层冠专用代型材料的凝固时间和凝固膨胀性能。方法 使用维氏针和万分表位移计分别测试代型材料的凝固时间和凝固膨胀率。结果 代型材料具有适当的凝固时间和凝膨胀率 ,其凝固膨胀可以较好地补偿GI II型铝瓷烧结后的体积收缩。

Abstract:Objective To determine setting time and setting expansion of die material compatible with GI II die material for slip casting aluminous ceramic.Methods Detemine setting time and setting expansion of this die material with Vicat needle and displacement dial gauge respectively. Results The setting time of this die material was 10.125min; the setting expansion in 2 and 24 hours were 0.272% and 0.291% respectively. Conclusion GI II die material has a proper setting time, and setting expansive rate.The setting expansion can compensate the firing contraction of GI II slip casting aluminous ceramic cores.
