| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相法测定体内吡哌酸的含量,研究了其在家兔、家犬和健康人体内动力学。丙磺舒可显著地抑制吡哌酸的肾脏排泄,降低其体内清除率,提高血药水平。若制成二者的复方制剂可显著提高吡哌酸的治疗效果,降低制剂成本。

| Abstract: | The Pipemidic acid concentration in biological fluids was determined usingHPLC method and the effect of probenicid on the pharmacokinetics of pipemidicacid was studied in rabbits, dogs and human volunteers. Probenicid could remar-kably increase the half-life and AUC of pipemidic acid by reducing its clearance.A new preparation was suggested based on the above discovery. |
