| 摘 要： | PurposeTo improve the diagnosis andtreatment of scrotum Paget′s disease.MethodsTogether with thedocuments in concern,the cause,pathology,clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosisof scrotum Paget′s disease were discussed in 7 patients with scrotum Paget′s disease.ResultsAllpatients underwent partial scrotectomy.Local recurrence occurred in 2 cases. One side oftestis and inguinal glands metastasis in one case and cured by operation once more.6patients followed-up survived and one case can't be followed-up.ConclusionsPersistentscrotum dermatitis and eczema should be examined early by biopsy. Once accurate diagnosismade, the operation should be performed early.
