AO锁定钢板在颈前路减压植骨融合术中的应用

目的：评价颈前路锁定钢板（CSLP）在颈前路砬压术中的应用效果。方法：对23例颈脊髓病、颈椎创伤、肿瘤及结核患者在颈前路减压植骨融合术后行CSLP固定并分析其结果。结果：23例患者，切除椎体48个，完成减压71个间隙，平均3个间隙，术后植骨稳定，早期活动。随访6-16个月，平均8.7个月。颈脊髓病患者术前平均JOA评分8.1分。术后14.8分，恢复率为75.3%，优良率为87.5%，颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤减压融合术后。SAIA分级平均提高1.5级，结论：颈前路锁定钢板能保证植骨稳定，减少并发症，简化手术程序。

The use of the cervical spine locking plate (CSLP) in the procedure of anterior cervical spine decompression and fusion

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the use of the cervical spine locking plate (CSLP) in the procedure of anterior cervical spine decompression and fusion. Methods: 23 patients were treated with CSLP after anterior decompression and fusion. Among these cases, 11 cases were cervical spondylotic myelopathy, 3 cases were cervical disc herniation, 7 cases were cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation, and cervical vertebra tubculosis and metastasis was one case respectively. Results: The patients were followed up from 6 to 16 months, with an average of 8.7 months, 48 vertebrae were resected by anterior subtotal corpectomy and 71 levels were decompressed and fused with an average of 3 levels. The preoperative mean JOA scale score was 8.1 point, the postoperative mean JOA scale score was 14.8 point, the recovery ratio was 75.3%, and the excellent and good results were 87.5%. Patients with cervical vertebra fracture dislocations and spinal cord injury had 1.5 ASIA levels improvement. Conclusion: CSLP may not only provide the stability of grafts, but also decrease complication and simplify surgical procedure.
