| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨晚期妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的适时临床处理方式。方法:分析139例晚期妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的处理方法以及妊娠结局。结果:139例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者中,剖宫产126例,占90.65%,剖宫产同时肌瘤剔除术96例;经阴道分娩13例,占9.35%;剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术的手术时间、手术失血量没有显著增加。结论:在条件许可下,剖宫产术中同时子宫肌瘤剔除是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the appropriate treatment of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma.Methods:The management and gravidity outcomes of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma in 139 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Cesarean section was conducted in 126 cases that account for 90.65 percent.96 cases were taken myomectomy in cesarean section.13 cases in labour account for 9.35 percent.Myomectomy in cesarean section did not increase operation time and postpartum hemorrhage amount statistically.Conclusion:Myomectomy in cesarean section is secure,based on permitting condition. |
