三种根面洁治方法对人牙周膜细胞再附着和增殖的影响

目的：评价牙周病患牙在接受不同洁治方法后根面粗糙度及对牙周膜细胞粘附和增殖的影响。方法：选择24颗因慢性牙周炎拔除的患牙，随机分为三组：Gracey刮治器处理组、常规超声波洁治器处理组和Vector系统处理组进行根面平整术。每组各取2个根片使用原子力显微镜观察表面粗糙度，2个根片使用扫描电镜观察根面形态学变化。每组另取12个根片在其上接种牙周膜成纤维细胞，于接种第1、3、5天后，使用扫描电镜观察细胞粘附情况，DAPI染色后进行细胞计数。结果：Vector组根表面粗糙度略低于Gracey组，明显低于超声组。接种细胞1天后Vector组和Gracey组细胞附着情况相近，随着接种时间的延长，Vector组和Gracey组根片上的细胞数目明显高于普通超声组，差异有统计学意义。结论：Vector系统处理后的患牙根面结构与Gracey处理组相近，与普通超声组比较更利于牙周膜成纤维细胞的附着。
