| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨正规产前检查对妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)结局的影响。方法:对近5年在我院分娩的有正规产前检查的妊高征孕产妇(妊高征产检组)的分娩结局分别和无正规产前检查的妊高征孕产妇(妊高征无产检组)以及有正规产前检查的非妊高征孕产妇(非妊高征产检组)进行回顾性分析。结果:妊高征产检组和妊高征无产检组之间的妊高征结局存在显著性差异(P<0.05);而妊高征产检组和非妊高征产检组之间的母婴结局无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:正规的产前检查可降低妊高征不良结局的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To review the effect of the regular prenatal examination on the outcomes of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH).Methods:To evaluate the different outcomes of delivery between 1999 and 2003 in this hospital among three groups,the PIH group with or without regular prenatal examination and the non-PIH group with regular prenatal examination.Results:There was significant difference in outcomes between the PIH group with regular prenatal examination and the PIH group without regular prenatal examination(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference between the PIH and non-PIH group with regular prenatal examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:The poor outcomes of the PIH decreases by the regular prenatal examination. |
