长学制理科基地教育人才培养模式的建立与实践

摘    要:学校为充分发挥理科基地的作用,培养高层次基础医学教学和科研人才,根据原国家教委设立理科基地的要求,结合学校理科基地的现状,开办了长学制理科基地教育,并研究建立了长学制医学教育人才培养模式。在人才培养过程中,优化课程体系,注重培养学生的教学和科研素质,增加学生发展的潜能。形成了长学制理科基地人才培养方案,经过实践,培养的学生受到社会好评。

Abstract:In order to bring the researching and teaching base of basic science into full play and train talents who are involved in researching and teaching of preclinical medicine education,long-term preclinical medicine education program of talent training model has been set up,which was stipulated by the former Ministry of Education.It focuses on developing students' researching and teaching ability and improving students' overall quality.Through the talent training,the students' quality of researching and teaching has been gradually improved.As a result,students are given a rather high praise in the society.This paper discusses how to set up long-term preclinical medicine education program of talent training model.
