预知子指纹图谱的初步研究

摘    要: 目的建立预知子药材的RP-HPLC指纹图谱研究方法。方法Alltech C18色谱柱;梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:210 nm;柱温:35℃。结果18个产地预知子共标定了19个共有峰。结论利用预知子RP-HPLC指纹图谱分析法可较全面的反映预知子药材的内在质量,可用于预知子药材的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine the fingerprint of Fructus akebiae by RP-HPLC.METHODS The sample was separated on a Alltech C18 column with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.UV detection wavelength was at 210 nm.Column temperature was at 35 ℃.RESULTS Nineteen common peaks in the HPLC profile were found in Fructus akebiae in 18 different growing areas.CONCLUSION The RP-HPLC fingerprint can be used to control the quality of fructus Evodiae.
