神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病效果观察

（１）目的 观察神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）疗效。（２）方法 将足月ＨＩＥ新生儿随机分为Ａ、Ｂ组，Ａ组单用脑活素，Ｂ组用神经生长因子及脑活素治疗，并给予早期干预。生后５ｄ内，发病后１８￣２５ｄ，９０￣１８０ｄ行头颅ＣＴ平扫，发病后１８￣２５ｄ行新生儿行为神经测定（ＮＢＮＡ），９０￣１８０ｄ行Ｇｅｓｅｌｌ发育量表检查。（３）结果 Ｂ组在头颅ＣＴ恢复程度、ＮＢＮＡ测定，智力测定等方面明

NEONATAL HYPOXIC ISCHEMIC ENCEPHALOPATHY TREATED WITH NERVE GROWTH FACTOR

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods One month or older newborns with HIE were randomly divided into group A and group B. The newborns in group A were treated with cerebrolysin only, those in group B were treated with the combination of NGF and cerebrolysin and early management was done. CT scan was done within five days of life, and 18-25 days and 90-180 days after the onset of the disease. And neonatal behavior neurological assessment(NBNA) was performed during 18-25 days after the onset of the disease. IQ values were determined by Gesell Development Level Chart. Results The newborns in group B showed notably better results than those in group A in terms of the degree of recovery shown by skull CT, NBNA determination, and intelligence determination. Conclusion NGF has notable effect in promoting recovery of the function of central nervous system. [
