不同绒毛膜性双胎165例临床观察分析

目的 探讨双绒毛膜及单绒毛膜双胎的孕产妇和围产儿的临床结局。方法：随机抽取2010年7月--2013年1月我院收治的89例双绒毛膜性双胎及76例单绒毛膜双胎孕产妇，对两组孕产妇的一般情况、并发症及围生儿结局进行分析比较。结果：两组孕产妇一般情况比较，辅助受孕的双胎孕产妇妊娠并发症的发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。单绒毛膜双胎组低出生体重儿、极低出生体重儿、双胎生长不一致性、围生儿死亡发生率均明显高于双绒毛膜双胎组，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：绒毛膜性在妊娠期并发症的发生上两组比较无差异，而对预测双胎围生儿预后具有重要意义。尽早确定双胎绒毛膜性，加强对单绒毛膜双胎的监护及干预，是改善围生儿预后的关键。

Clinical Outcome Analysis of Monochorionic and Dichorionic Twin Pregnancy

Objective： To investigate the clinical diagnostic significance of chorion properties. Methods： Randomly selected in J uly 2010 to ,lanuary 2013, the clinical data including general condition, complications and perinatal outcomes of 89 cases of dichorionic twins and 76 cases of monochorionic twins in our hospital. Results：There was no statistically sig- nificant differences in complications between two groups （P〈0. 05）. The incidences of low birth weight infant, extreme low birth weight infant, twins grow inconsistencies and perinatalmortality in MCDA group were significantly higher than those in DCDA group（P〈0. 05）. Conelusion：Chorion properties of pregnancy complications in two groups have no difference. To predict prognosis in twins perinatals is of great significance It is important to improve fetal and neonatal outcomes by making early diagnosis, strengthening the prenatal care and intervention.
