微型钛板内固定术治疗颌骨骨折120例临床分析

目的：探讨应用微型钛板内固定术治疗颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法；选取我院2007年9月--2013年6月收治并进行微型钛板内固定术治疗颌骨骨折120例患者进行回顾性临床资料分析。结果：120例中108例（90．00％）创口工期愈合；8例（6．67％）创口感染延期愈合；4例（3．33％）术后出现轻度错颌，经颌间牵引固定，咬合关系均恢复良好。结论：微型钛板坚强内固定术是一种创伤小、愈合快、安全有效的治疗颌骨骨折的方法，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of 120 Cases of Miniature Titanium Plate Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Maxillofacial Fracture

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of the feasibility of rigid internal fixation（RIF） with titanium mini-plate for the treatment of maxillary and jaw fracture. Methods： Selected 120 cases of patients with mandibular fracture treated by rigid internal iixation（RIF） with titanium mini-plate were analyzed retrospectively from Sep 2007 to Dec 2012. Results：Among the 120 cases,the wound of tissue healed at ~ stage in 108 cases（90.00~）. All cases re- ceived satisfacion outcome, except for 8 cases with infection and 4 cases in the postoperative slight malocclusion. Con- ehlsion： RIF with the titanium mini-plate rigid internal fixation is an effective and safety technique for the treatment of maxillary and jaw fracture. Can be used in clinical application.
