| Abstract: | The establishment of ADR damage compensation system according to China situation can not only protect drug users＇ rights of life and health but also reflect the social equality and justice. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the successful experiences of ADR compensation system of other countries such as United States, Japan, Germany and Sweden, so as to provide a relevant reference to China. |
