| 摘 要： | 新药丙氧咪唑驱治肠道线虫感染,剂量用15mg/k9顿服,连用3天,钩虫卵阴转率分别为84.6％(片剂)和75％(胶囊),蛔虫卵阴转率为92.85％,对两种钩虫有同样疗效,副作用轻微、暂短。

| Abstract: | The newly synthesized anthelminthic, Oxibendazole, was used to treat 114 patients with nematode infections on an oral dose 15 mg/kg per day for 3 successive days. Results showed that the negative conversion rates of hookworm eggs were 84.6% and 75% for tablet and capsule respectively (p>0.05); those of ascaris and whipworm eggs were 92.85% and 83.3% respectively.The drug wrs equally efficacious for both Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus. Its side reactions were mild and transient. |
